Well lads - another year over and no sign of the elusive junior championship coming to munchie. The Powerade sponsorship i would have thought would have been a huge boost. but having spoken to some of the people involved it was in ways more of a distraction. I really thought this would be the year but I now fear that we may never win it - Especially with the fact that the Yores cant go on for ever! The bulk of the team are now 24 - 26 years old. young lads no more. Is the fact that all these lads were so used to winning things easy at underage now coming against them in adult football?

I see Drung had a rather easy win in the final yesterday. Take heart from this lads. Ye probably gave them the best game that they had in the championship this year. Yer only a bounce of the ball away (Beaten by the winners in the last three years now) Enjoy the winter break but get it in your heads now. 2009 will be your year!!. Sorry for the rant just been at a management training course last week where staff motivation was high on the agenda.

Was at the game last weekend and heard that the players have sacked the management. WOW didn't think player power had reached Munchieland!!! Brave steps lads - I assume you got someone special lined up to take over cos I imagine theres not too many managers will be queuing up to take over knowing that the fate of the previous set of mentors. Nice to see the confidence in your ability as players though - By removing the reason for your failure this year i.e. management ye surely will win the champoinship in 2009.

Well lads - any sign of a new manager - time is movin on!!!!. I see some of the leaders of the player revolt didn't bother to turn up for the Shannon Gaels game. Hardly the sort of leadership a new manager will look for. Will be watching developments closely.
